Real Estate Acquisition Specialist

Location: Remote (Preferably based in the Philippines)

Company: Real Estate Investment - We buy houses for cash as is.

EST - 40 hours/week - Monday to Friday

We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Your initial responsibilities will include taking inbound calls from homeowners looking to sell their properties, making outbound cold calls, managing our CRM system and other lead generation tools. This role focuses primarily on residential properties.

You'll start taking outbound cold calls and Handling inbound calls. As you learn, we want to transform you as a home buying specialists. The goal is for you to be able to identify and handle qualified leads, building good rapport with homeowners and finally closing deals on your own.

Initial Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound cold calls to potential sellers
- Managing and updating our CRM system
- Managing Lead Generation Tools
- Handling inbound calls from homeowners interested in selling their properties

Ideal Candidate:
- Background in real estate
- Proficiency in cold calling techniques
- Experience with CRM systems
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- No Attendance Issue
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
