Operations Manager (M.B.A., 10+ years) - up to $16/hour

The TeamBooks™ Operations Manager enjoys a M.B.A. and at least ten years experience, with excellent written English skills and a good degree of meticulousness.

All work is online and mainly involves managing a small team and providing business analysis and reporting to clients.

TeamBooks does not provide direct services but provides team reference and methodology for management teams, of which you would be leading one (hire/fire except for one role who reports to the company). It is a chance to win a much higher hourly rate as you share in the risks and rewards of performance. Payments are made within two business days of client payments to TeamBooks (please see contract which supersedes any statement herein).

The Operations Manager receives a short training and all necessary systems online.
TeamBooks provides management teams to U.S. small businesses and nonprofits.
