Riverlea Group Ltd is a NZ family owned and operated manufacturer and distributor of high-quality brands. Operating successfully since 1991, we proudly manufacture a range of reputable products at our custom-built site in Horotiu, Hamilton.

Our own brand of trusted Duratuf garden sheds alongside our industry leading cladding and flashings in our Armorsteel division, form the core of our business. They are supported by a range of lifestyle products and wheelbarrows.

This role is to support our General Manager. The successful candidate must have strong English, both written and verbal. Be good at using systems. e.g. NetSuite, Smartsheet, Microsoft tools. Have good accountability skills and be able to hold the GM to account. Have initiative to be able to research and propose solutions to problems you are given.

The role:
- Calendar Management
- Inbox management
- Travel coordination
- Meeting note taking
- Suggested improvements management
- Follow up manager
- Assist with rock completion
- Monthly wage input
- follow up executive actions and communicate
- Implement processes proactively
- Ensure company and department VTOS are kept up to date
* Part Time - approximately 20 hours but more maybe required
