About BECH E-COM FZCO:
We are a dynamic dropshipping company with three years of experience, specializing in the European market. We are a 7-Figure E-commerce company. Our team consists of an operations manager, one product lister, four funnel builders, two video editors, a graphic designer, a creative strategist, a media buyer, four customer service representatives. We operate five dropshipping stores through Shopify and Funnelish.

As the Brand Manager (
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to all
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues within 6 hours, escalating complex issues to the appropriate tea
- Coordinate with the customer service team and other departments to ensure consistent communication and customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to the team on common customer issues and suggest improvements to processes and customer communication strategies.
- Ensure that all interactions align with the company’s brand voice and values.
- Take initiative in identifying opportunities to improve customer service and brand perception on social media.
- Perform any task assigned by immediate supervisor/manager.
Experience:
- 1+ year of experience managing social media comments and messages, particularly on
- Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a professional tone in all customer interactions.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in an e-commerce or dropshipping environment.
- Familiarity with social media management tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Salary: 4 USD per hour
