Landing Page Designer Skilled in Responsive HTML required Urgently

I am in urgent need of a designer who is skilled in designing - Fresh - Neat & Clean / Modern / Responsive / attractive / appealing & highly converting designs for landing pages & websites.

The designer i wish to hire will be required to work on designs only ie. deliver PSD's with no coding work involved.

Salary for this Designer Role is == 15K Pesos / month payable via paypal as on month end

Annual Bonus - 40K/- pesos/year on completion of every year.

Availability from == Monday to Saturday

Workload === High Quality, Custom Design needed for 1 LP task everyday
