We are an innovative and fast-paced ecommerce company seeking a highly skilled Marketing Assistant with deep expertise in PPC advertising, digital marketing, and analytics. This position plays a critical role in executing and optimizing our online marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement. Key Responsibilities:

PPC Campaign Management:

- Develop, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels.

- Monitor campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI and meet key performance indicators.

Google Analytics & Tag Manager Expertise:

- Utilize Google Analytics to track and report on website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.

- Set up and manage Google Tag Manager for accurate tracking of conversions, events, and custo ---------- trics.

Facebook
Marketing:

- Plan and execute Facebook ad campaigns, leveraging advanced targeting and retargeting strategies to reach our audience effectively.

- Analyze and report on the performance of Facebook ads, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.


Email
Marketing (Klaviyo):

- Create compelling email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo that engage our audience and drive desired actions.

- Craft persuasive subject lines, captivating copy, and effective calls-to-action to nurture customer relationships and increase conversions.

App Push Messages:

- Utilize our app platform to send targeted push messages that provide timely and relevant updates to our users.
- Ensure that push messages are personalized, relevant, and contribute to keeping our audience informed and engaged.

Customer Segmentation:

- Identify and segment our target audience to deliver personalized marketing messages that resonate with different customer groups.

- Use segmentation strategies to improve the effectiveness of email, app, and PPC campaigns.

Ad Copy & Creative Collaboration:

- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with our target audience.
- Test and iterate on ad creative to continually improve campaign performance.

Budget Management:

- Manage and allocate budgets for PPC campaigns, ensuring efficient spending and optimal results.
- Provide regular reports on budget utilization and campaign ROI.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

- Conduct research on market trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the digital advertising space.
- Identify opportunities for new campaigns and areas for improvement.

Driving Innovation:

- Continuously test new software and techniques to drive innovation within our marketing efforts.
- Proactively explore and implement cutting-edge tools to enhance our marketing performance.

Shopify Integration:

-Manage and optimize the integration of marketing campaigns with our Shopify store to ensure seamless customer experience and accurate tracking of marketing performance.
-Collaborate with the e-commerce team to align marketing efforts with product launches and promotions on Shopify.

Collaboration & Communication:

- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and other cross-functional teams to align PPC efforts with broader marketing strategies.
- Communicate insights and results to the Director of Sales & Marketing and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
-Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Marketing.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
-Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and performance tracking.
-Expertise in email marketing using Klaviyo, including crafting effective subject lines, copy, and calls-to-action.
-Experience in managing app push messaging campaigns.
-Proficiency in audience segmentation and personalization strategies.
-Familiarity with Shopify and its integration with marketing tools.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in optimizing marketing efforts.
-A passion for digital marketing and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
