We specialize in helping small to medium-sized businesses in the U.S., Canada, Europe and Australia get found (showing up highest in search results) and chosen (dominating in reviews) through our SEO and web design services, as well as our customer-driven marketing software.

We are looking for a skilled SOP producer and project manager to create and maintain informational videos and step-by-step tutorials for internal staff, clients and 3rd party vendors. You will either be trained on a process to then build the SOP, or we will provide you with the raw video(s) for you to edit into smaller segments and build into your SOP. Other tutorials will be hosted on our YouTube channel.

The other primary responsibility is managing leads and projects in ---------- with expert proficiency, and optimizing the software so the team is utilizing it efficiently and tasks are not being overlooked or past due.

Miscellaneous administrative duties and other projects will be assigned when needed. Due to how critical this role is when it comes to following instructions and completely reading through all project requirements, only candidates who reply back with the two-word phrase: "emotional intelligence" will be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Produce step-by-step written and video SOPs/tutorials and update when needed
• Manage multiple projects and project types throughout the client experience, from lead management to implementation to ongoing support
• Keep CRM system organized and updated
• Draft communications to clients regarding new product features and other relevant news
• Participate in internal and external meetings via Zoom
• Perform miscellaneous productivity and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Proven proficiency in editing video tutorials and writing SOPs (examples of SOPs produced will be required for interviewing)
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced, client-focused marketing agency or web design company, or other highly technical trades required
• Energetic tone for audio production/promotion work with a neutral accent for clear communication
• Experience with Flowster or similar SOP-writing software
• Able to wear casual business attire during live web meetings
• Experience quickly creating a lot of short video tutorials in high audio/video production quality
• Ability to reliably take meetings and record audio/video with no background noises (children/babies/pets/farm animals/heavy construction, etc.)
• Expert proficiency with ---------- (will be required to show proficiency during interview process)
• Fast and reliable internet connection
• Strong enough PC that can produce video tutorials in HD without stutter/crashing or other issues.
• Larger monitor than a laptop screen, or multi-monitor setup will work. This is an absolute requirement for productivity since we work with a lot of apps where data is spread over a wide area where it’s critical to see all information on the screen at the same time or run split screen.
• Functioning webcam and quality microphone for live web meetings
• Strong time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to proof work for accuracy
