We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Personal Assistant to join our team and support the business owner in managing daily operations, scheduling, and customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Scheduling & Appointments:
- Coordinate and manage appointments for cleaning services.
- Maintain an organized calendar for the cleaning staff and ensure all appointments are confirmed with clients.

- Customer Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, scheduling changes, and service requests.
- Follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

- Payments & Invoicing:
- Manage customer payments, process invoices, and track outstanding balances.
- Follow up on overdue payments and handle payment disputes or discrepancies.

- Issue Resolution:
- Act as a liaison between customers and the business owner to communicate any issues, concerns, or special requests.
- Coordinate with the cleaning team to address and resolve any service-related problems.

- Administrative Support:
- Assist the business owner with various administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and email management.
- Prepare reports on customer satisfaction, service efficiency, and payment collections.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using scheduling software, invoicing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or in customer service will be a plus.
