Programmatic and Social Media Ads Manager.

Responsibilities of the Social Media Ads Manager:
Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and optimize for performance
Pacing daily ad spend
Facilitate scaling brand awareness and conversions through Programmatic platforms (Basis, Adroll, Simplifi), Meta, and LinkedIn advertising
Meta Ads events and pixel experience preferred
Facilitate scaling brand awareness and conversions through Meta and LinkedIn advertising
Build and maintain ad campaigns for various goal types (reach, lead generation, sales, for example)
Review campaign performance and regularly make adjustments and recommendations for updated targeting, placements, and creative
Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology


Qualifications for Social Media Manager

Must be able to work 12AM-8AM Manila Time
Minimum of 2 year of social media ads experience
Meta Ads events and pixel experience are a bonus
Strong computer skills
Has Paid Marketing Experience
Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach.
