Facebook Marketing Expert

We are in need of someone who will run marketing campaigns for us through facebook.
Someone who has a lot of experience and with very in-depth understanding of social media marketing.
Preferably someone who has been in charge of costly campaigns (not required but will be an edge).

We are a real estate company based in Utah.
This is a full time role and shift is from 12AM - 8AM Philippine Time.
