JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:
Part time Trial position - once trial complete, Full time Position available.
We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence, engage with our community, and improve our marketing and sales efforts.

Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Curation:
Develop, create, and publish original content across EzyPrime’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Curate relevant content to build and engage with the online community.
Script writing for future content that aligns with brand messaging and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the content creation team to produce compelling visuals, captions, and video content.
Community Engagement:
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster interaction within the online community.
Develop strategies to boost engagement rates and build meaningful connections with the audience.
Connect with influencers to create content that has been scripted, helping drive brand awareness and engagement.
Monitor and manage user-generated content, influencer partnerships, and community feedback.
Social Media Strategy & Management:
Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and company goals.
Implement effective social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, adjusting strategies for better outcomes.
Brand Building & Storytelling:
Uphold and evolve EzyPrime’s brand identity through consistent messaging, storytelling, and creative content.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure consistency in brand tone and voice.
Growth & Analytics:
Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and implement new practices to grow EzyPrime’s social presence.
Utilize analytics to measure the success of campaigns and content, reporting regularly to senior management.
Set measurable goals for each social media platform, aligned with broader marketing objectives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Content & Posting:
Complete 12 new postings on all platforms weekly.
Analysis & Reporting:
Complete an analysis of account performance weekly and present findings to the team at meetings.
Engagement & Outreach:
Interact with 10 new accounts daily to build and foster relationships.
Maintain relationships with current EzyPrime influencers, ensuring ongoing collaboration.
Add 10 new influencers to EzyPrime's influencer team each week.
Follower Growth & Engagement:
Increase follower count across all platforms by 15% over the first 6 months.
Boost engagement rates (likes, comments, shares) by 20% within the first 3 months.

Requirements:
Experience: Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within the e-commerce, construction, or tools industry.
Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field preferred.
Skills: Strong writing, editing, and communication skills; proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.); creative eye for design and storytelling.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics).
Creativity & Innovation: Ability to develop innovative and engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
Teamwork & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Problem-Solving: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and deliver on time.
