JOB OVERVIEW
We are a US-based VA Agency looking for full time, home-based Cold Callers to work with our Sales Team!

Your daily Responsibilities would include:
1. Make as many outbound phone calls each day for 8 hours per day to generate potential buyer/seller leads. At least 250+ calls a day with at least 2-3 possible leads (with auto-dialer)
2. You will be required to make phone calls, text messaging, and email leads using the Company CRM and Live Transfer or Schedule appointments for qualified leads to connect/interact with a Closer/Dedicated Specialist
3. Dispo the call status
4. Submit webform lead
5. Relentless follow-ups with prospects
6. Follow Questionnaire “scripts” / ”guidelines” when speaking with a prospect
7. Send a daily report

Newbies are welcome but you do need to have EXCELLENT English skills and prior Cold Calling experience. Experience in Appointment Setting, Sales, Closing, and Lead Generation is highly recommended. Any Team Lead/Management experience is a plus. It’s also important that you have basic computer skills as we will provide onboarding training to get you acquainted with our CRM. Also, high-speed internet is required.

This is a part-time position with potential for full-time (hours are flexible once established a grasp of the position after working 3 months and acquiring consistent leads)

To Start: Work hours will be weekdays from 11AM CST to 7 PM CST or 12 PM CST to 8 PM CST

You will qualify for 5 vacation leaves and 5 sick leaves after the 6-month probation period.
Job will follow US Holidays; you may request off for other days
