Role Description:
IT & Go High Level Specialist

Part-time remote role for a versatile digital marketing and IT specialist with a proven ability to merge technical expertise with creative digital strategies. Skilled in leveraging emerging technologies to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth.

Experience:
- Marketing automation platforms.
- CRM Set up and Management
- Lead Generation.
- Lead integrated marketing initiatives.
- Experience in the online/digital marketing/advertising industry.
- Implement innovative marketing technologies and strategies to enhance brand positioning and customer experience.
- Facebook and Instagram ads, Google AdWords.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously.

Responsibilities:
As a GoHighLevel expert, your responsibilities would typically include:

Go High Level Platform Setup, maintenance and Customization:
Setting up accounts, workspaces, and pipelines for new users.
Customizing the platform according to client needs, including branding, dashboard configuration, and workflow automation.
Integrating third-party tools and APIs to enhance functionality.

CRM Management:
Managing client relationships through the CRM, including contact segmentation, lead nurturing, and pipeline management.
Automating follow-ups, task assignments, and reminders for efficient workflow.
Monitoring and optimizing sales funnels to improve conversion rates.

Campaign Creation and Management:
Designing and launching marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, and social media.
Setting up and managing landing pages, forms, and surveys.
Implementing lead generation strategies and tracking performance metrics.

Automation and Workflow Optimization:
Creating and optimizing automation workflows for repetitive tasks, lead management, and client communication.
Setting up triggers, actions, and conditions to streamline business processes.
Regularly reviewing and improving automation for efficiency and effectiveness.

Reporting and Analytics:
Generating detailed reports on campaign performance, sales activity, and client engagement.
Analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Setting up dashboards and KPI tracking for clients.

Training and Support:
Providing training sessions to clients or tea ---------- mbers on how to effectively use the platform.
Offering ongoing support for troubleshooting, feature updates, and best practices.
Keeping up with platform updates and educating clients on new features.

Client Onboarding and Retention:
Guiding clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they are comfortable using the platform.
Helping clients achieve their business goals using GoHighLevel, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Managing client feedback and incorporating it into the platform’s use to enhance customer experience.

Sales and Marketing Support:
Assisting in the creation of sales funnels and marketing strategies that align with the platform's capabilities.
Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective use of GoHighLevel.

Technical Expertise:
Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to optimize platform performance.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest GoHighLevel features, updates, and industry best practices.
Developing custom solutions or enhancements when necessary.

Project Management:
Managing multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Documenting processes and maintaining organized records for client accounts.
These responsibilities require a mix of technical expertise, marketing knowledge, and strong client management skills.

THIS WOULD BE A PLUS:
- Lead Generation: execute and optimize online marketing campaigns, including but not limited to social media, marketing, SEO and paid advertising.
- Support website updates and maintenance, create landing pages, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for SEO.
- Webmaster: maintaining and managing our website and servers to meet user needs. Ensure the functionality, security, and efficiency of web infrastructure while optimizing loading speeds, fixing issues, and updating website content.
- Contribute to the creation and editing of engaging and compelling content for our digital marketing channels, ensuring alignment with our brand and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Track, analyze and report the performance of company's marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
