We are seeking a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant to support our administrative and operational needs. This role involves assisting with day-to-day operations and reporting directly to the Administrative and Marketing Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and file management.
- Assist with preparing reports and maintaining records.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments as needed.
- Provide support for various administrative projects as needed
- Communicate effectively with supervisor and/or other tea
- Assist in basic payroll and human resources process (maintaining timesheets, communicating book off requests among tea
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of finance and bookkeeping.
- Experience with project management tools.
Working Hours:
- Flexible hours with an expectation of up to 10 hours per week.
- Must be available to work during Standard Easter Time (EST) business hours to work with the Administrative and Marketing Coordinator.
