At Property Webmasters, we offer property marketing solutions to clients on a global scale. Incorporated in 2006, we have worked with some of the world's most prestigious estate agencies and property portals. We are currently market
leaders for property marketing solutions in Europe and we aim to extend this service worldwide. Our global targets are very ambitious but equally exciting.

Job Summary:
The SEO Marketer is responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and creating engaging, high-quality content to increase the company's online presence and drive traffic to its websites. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into all digital content.

Key Responsibilities:
1. SEO Strategy Development:
-Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
-Conduct comprehensive keyword research to guide content teams.
-Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines.

2. Content Creation and Optimization:
-Create, edit, and manage high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
-Ensure all content aligns with SEO best practices and company branding guidelines.
-Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style, and layout.

3. Performance Analysis:
-Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics to track the effectiveness of SEO initiatives.
-Use various tools to identify opportunities and issues.
-Prepare and present reports on SEO performance and suggest improvements.

4. Technical SEO:
-Conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting site performance.
-Optimize website structure, URL structure, sitemaps, and other technical elements.
-Stay updated with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices.

5. Link Building:
-Develop and implement effective link-building strategies to enhance the website’s authority.
-Identify and establish relationships with key industry influencers and websites for backlink opportunities.

6. Collaboration and Communication:
-Work closely with web developers and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices.
-Provide training and guidance to content creators on SEO best practices.
-Stay informed about industry developments and communicate these to the broader team.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, Content Specialist, or similar role.
-Strong understanding of SEO, web analytics, and keyword research tools.
-Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
-Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
-Familiarity with social media platforms and their impact on SEO.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:
-Experience with paid search (PPC) campaigns.
-Familiarity with additional SEO tools.
-Basic understanding of graphic design principles.
-Experience with conversion rate optimization techniques.

Our normal working hours are 8:30 to 17:00 UK time Monday - Thursday and 8:30 to 12:30 UK time on Friday.
