Job Description:
As a Marketing Manager, you will lead our marketing efforts and develop strategies that increase customer engagement and drive sales. You’ll be responsible for analyzing marketing data, creating impactful campaigns, and optimizing our marketing processes. This role requires someone who is both creative and analytical, with a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our brand objectives and drive sales growth.
Data Analysis: Utilize Facebook ---------- and other tools to monitor campaign performance, understand customer behavior, and make data-driven decisions.
Creative Planning: Analyze why certain creatives perform well and develop creative plans to replicate success across channels.
Customer Engagement: Use the AIDA model to craft campaigns that emotionally connect with customers and guide them through the buying journey.
A/B Testing: Design and implement A/B tests to optimize ad performance, landing pages, and conversion rates.
Tools Mastery: Leverage Hotjar and similar tools to gain insights into user behavior and improve customer experiences.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and sales, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Process Management: Develop and optimize marketing processes to ensure efficient and effective execution.
Innovation & Growth: Bring fresh ideas to the table, be proactive in identifying opportunities, and drive continuous growth for the company.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on eCommerce.
Strong experience with Facebook ---------- and other social media analytics tools.
Deep understanding of the AIDA model and how to create emotionally compelling campaigns.
Proficiency in A/B testing, with experience using tools like Hotjar or similar.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Positive and kind hard working individual
A proactive, growth-oriented mindset, eager to learn and contribute.
