Appointment Setting Specialist - Supportive Role

We are looking for a special kind of appointment setter—someone who understands the struggle of infertility and can offer genuine support to our clients. If you’re a mom who has faced these challenges and is now looking to help others, this role might be perfect for you.

Responsibilities:
Create a positive experience for every potential client
Show empathy and understanding in every conversation
Prioritize appointments to best support our clients
Convert 50%+ of calls to appointments
Provide detailed reports on appointments set
Explain our services in a way that resonates with clients
Complete daily call sheets

Qualifications:
Must be a mother who has experienced fertility challenges
Strong communication and empathy skills
Ability to work independently using GoHighLevel and similar tools
Available to work in the US timezone (max 20hrs/week; willing to work night and weekend shift)
Positive attitude and soothing speaking voice
Team-oriented with excellent organization skills
