YouTube Manager

I'm seeking an experienced YouTube Manager to grow my channel - The Melissa Laurie.

The YouTube video editor will edit and give you the video to post.


Your Responsibilities:

Posting the YouTube video, which includes writing the heading and the description, selecting the tags, adding closed captions and optimising the video for YouTube search

Support with finding video topics by using tools like Tube Buddy to help plan out the content calendar

Analyze performance metrics to understand viewer behaviour and adjust content strategies accordingly.

Optimize channel and video metadata (titles, descriptions, tags) for SEO to improve visibility.

Cut the longer YouTube video into Shorts. I can give you access to Opus Clip to do this or use another program.

Create high-performing YouTube thumbnails.


Requirements:

Proven experience as a YouTube Manager or similar role with a track record of growing YouTube channels.

Strong understanding of YouTube's algorithm, SEO best practices, and analytics tools.

Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong English communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with video editor
