JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! We're an e-commerce company looking for a customer support representative. You'll be handling emails, managing orders on Shopify, and communicating with our supplier regarding customer inquiries, answering disputes and a few other things.

We're looking for someone with previous experience in managing Shopify orders and responding to customers on a daily basis

Please answer the following questions with a "Yes" or a "No"

1. Are you proficient in English?
2. Have you worked with managing orders on Shopify before?
3. Do you have some basic experience of using a ticketing system before? (For example: Gorgias/Zendesk/Freshdesk)
4. Are you proficient in using Gorgias?
5. Can you accept payments through PayPal?
6. Are you fine with using either TimeDoctor or Hubstaff to keep track of the time?
7. Have you managed any disputes before?

This is a test job to start, but will turn into a full-time position if you do a great job :)
