Join our dynamic real estate agency, a one-stop shop for all marketing and creative services tailored to the real estate industry. We're looking for a long-term VA to become a key part of our team, contributing to various marketing and administrative tasks.

Role Overview:
As our VA, you'll handle a diverse range of responsibilities, from managing emails to creating engaging social media content for both our agency and clients. While technical skills are a plus, creativity and a keen eye for design are paramount.

Key Tools You'll Use:

Canva: Design and customize templates
Lightroom: Retouch and enhance images
Slack: Communicate with our team
Mailchimp: Manage email campaigns

Facebook Creative Suite: Develop social media content
Google Sheets: Organize and track data

Compensation:

Initial pay: $480 per month during the first 60 days | full time 40 Hours a week
Permanent position: $600 per month after the initial 60 days
Requirements:

Fluent in English (both written and verbal) – you’ll be responsible for reviewing and creating content in English.
A strong sense of creativity and design – technical skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
