We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Virtual Accountant to join our team. This role will be outsourced to a skilled accounting professional based in the Philippines.

**Job Description:**

As a Part-Time Virtual Accountant for Pure Rental Group, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our financial operations. You will work closely with our management team to ensure that our accounting practices align with company policies and regulatory requirements. This is a remote position, and you will utilize Waveapps, our cloud-based accounting system, to perform your tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Bookkeeping:** Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations using Waveapps.

- **Financial Reporting:** Prepare and present monthly financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

- **Reconciliation:** Ensure that all accounts are reconciled accurately and promptly, including credit card statements, bank statements, and internal records.

- **Invoicing:** Generate and send invoices to clients, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.

- **Expense Management:** Monitor and categorize business expenses, ensuring adherence to company policies and budget constraints.

- **Tax Preparation:** Assist in our local CPA with any documents they request and need

- **Audit Support:** Provide necessary documentation and support for internal and external audits as required.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role, preferably with experience working remotely.
- Proficiency in using Waveapps or similar cloud-based accounting software.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience with financial reporting and reconciliation.
- Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements in the USA is a plus

**Preferred Skills:**

- Prior experience working with international clients or remote teams.
- Knowledge of the car rental industry is a plus.
- Certification in accounting or finance (e.g., CPA) is advantageous but not required.

**Working Hours:**

- This is a part-time position with flexible hours. We expect approximately [8-10] hours per week, with the exact schedule to be determined based on mutual availability.

**Compensation:**
