Digital Marketing Manager for Facebook and Google ADs

We are a US-based company looking for a talented VA to work from the comfort of their own home and help grow our eCommerce businesses.

The role will require you to run and optimize ADs on digital platforms like Meta and Google. The team will supply the content but it will be your responsibility to script and explain what content you need.

This role is project based and everything has a due date. You have flexibility and you may make your schedule! We do not install monitoring software or use a time clock!


Skills Required:
-Good level of reading and writing English
-Creative with a keen eye for detail
-Expert with Meta ADs
-Expert with Google ADs


Responsibilities and Duties:
-Campaigns: Create, launch, and manage campaigns across Google ADs, META ADs
-Strategy: Develop comprehensive digital advertising strategies that align with our business objectives and target audiences
-Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, including key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
-Optimization: Continuously optimize ad campaigns to improve performance, reduce costs, and enhance ROI
-Budget: Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and spending according to campaign objectives
-Content: Collaborate with our creative team to develop compelling ad copy, graphics, and landing pages
-Market Research: Conduct market and audience research to identify new opportunities and trends in digital advertising
-A/B Testing: Implement and manage A/B tests to determine the most effective ad variations and strategies
-Retargeting: Create retargeting campaigns to drive value and hit total ROAS goals
