You will be responsible for managing and growing customer relationships while ensuring a smooth and efficient experience to customers. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who thrives in a hands-on position that spans client engagement, sales, business analysis, and operational management. Comfort with English communication over the phone is essential, as you will frequently engage with clients and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, delivering superior customer service.
Present and demonstrate the value of Rapid Translate's services to potential and existing clients.
Negotiate orders and achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and high-quality service.

Order Management:
Take part in daily operations to drive the profitability and growth of the business.
Build and maintain data dashboards to track business performance.
Manage and process customer orders in a fast and efficient manner.
Collaborate with product development teams, utilizing client feedback to drive service enhancements.

Skills & Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or operations management.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in G-Suite, Excel/Sheets.
Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently over the phone.
Additional languages are a plus.
