We are looking to build a team of highly skilled and experienced telemarketers that are extremely motivated to sell high value ticket items (digital marketing & business consulting services) to law firm owners and leaders around the United States.

This is a COMMISSION ONLY position. However, we provide very generous initial payouts and recurring payouts for services that generate a monthly recurring revenue.
Transparency is very important to us, so we provide the structure up front.
Our telemarketers are paid a 10% commission on the initial sale of a service. For services that generate monthly recurring revenue, telemarketers are paid 5% of the monthly fee for each month the client retains the service. Commissions are completely uncapped.
Prospective applicants must have experience telemarketing, and be comfortable using the phone to set appointments, sell products and services, and maintain client relationships over time.
Their primary responsibilities include:
Making Calls: Outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest and qualify leads, and answering return calls from prospective clients who have been solicited.
Persuading Potential Clients: Using persuasive communication skills to build rapport and convince prospective clients to set appointments and make a purchase.
Explaining Products & Services: Providing information about digital marketing products and services, their features, prices, and benefits.
Gathering Information: Obtaining client information such as business name, primary contact name, address, and payment method, and learning about their needs and preferences.
Recording Information: Recording names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted, and maintaining records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
Taking Payment Information: Entering orders into computers and taking payment information.
Client Follow-Up: Transmitting any order issues to the service team.
All applicants should have excellent oral and written communication skills, intermediate computer skills, and the ability to type accurately while talking with clients.
Applicants should also be able to work well independently and manage their time effectively.
