We are a dynamic social media agency seeking a talented YouTube Shorts Video Creator. Initially, the position offers a salary of $150 per month. Once monetization is enabled, compensation will be increased accordingly. Our agency manages YouTube channels and pays our employees based on channel performance.

Responsibilities:

Create engaging 30 second to 1 minutes YouTube Shorts videos similar to the content found on this channel: ----------
Utilize realistic AI voices or narrate, add captions with animations, and craft creative and entertaining stories—whether humorous or fictional.
Incorporate popular clips and ensure the content is appealing to a younger audience (we have tools for this).
Edit videos and find captivating clips to accompany your stories, ensuring they have engaging hooks to retain viewer interest.
Produce 2 videos daily, including weekends. You may batch-create content to accommodate your schedule and avoid working overnight if preferred.

Requirements:

Strong creativity and ability to edit videos effectively.
Experience in finding and incorporating entertaining clips and stories.
Ability to work overnight if needed, as we are based in the US on CDT time. Flexible scheduling is available through batching videos.
Communication will be via WhatsApp, and video uploads will be managed through Google Drive.

Additional Information:

This role is initially a gig but has the potential to become a full-time position once monetization is achieved, which typically occurs within a few months with high-quality content.
