Virtual Assistant writer wanted

Looking for a VA who is able to help me with writing articles, SEO and managing websites.
I rank and rent and sometimes sell sites to clients as well as take care of other facets of marketing. I’m based in Northern Ireland, and am looking for a long-term full time VA to help me with my business.

I need someone who is, first and foremost, a prolific and confident writer. (Everything else can be taught). You should also be good at researching as well as eager to learn. Starting off, I need you to go ahead and constantly write articles, the equivalent of 6 articles a day (500 words). Added to this I'm expecting you to go ahead and copy paste, re-write and sometimes spin articles from other websites. The aim of this is to have a full page of services, home page content about us etc. for various sites.

You’ll be expected to do SEO as well (all taught, and if you already know it, then most likely retaught) and light edit of WordPress sites based on easy templates (if you don’t know wordpress, again remember training provided) Attention to detail is vital so please include the word "Local" in your application. Clear expectations, targets and means of improvement will be set-up as well after interviewing you.

Knowledge in organisational systems/task management systems such as Trello or Basecamp a bonus…but remember always happy to teach!

My goal for you is to try and make your job as easy as possible. This can be anything from finding software that may make your job easier, finding plugins, providing additional training etc. It's an added bonus if you find ways to make your own job simpler, more systematic. I’ll be basing a lot of my payment on performance rather than time so it’s an advantage for you
