Location: Remote (can do visiting to other busbar or other companies within the Philippines if needed in the future)
Employment Type: Full-Time 8AM-5PM Mon-Fri

Responsibilities:
*Respond to customer inquiries related to bus ducts via email, phone, and chat.
*Process orders, provide quotations and pricing, and update product information specific to bus duct systems.
*Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate records for bus duct clients, and coordinate with the CEO and fellow Virtual Assistants.
*Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and files related to bus duct projects.
*Handle Facebook to gather potential customers.
*Engage in fieldwork to connect with customers in the Philippines, providing on-site support and fostering strong client relationships.

Requirements:
*No experience can apply; an electrical background is a plus
*Willing to be trained
*Laptop or PC can install at least 10 software (Do not use macOS)
