We’re seeking a talented YouTube Thumbnail Artist to create eye-catching thumbnails that boost click-through rates. You should have experience in designing thumbnails that capture attention and increase viewer engagement.

**Requirements:**
- Ability to create quality YouTube thumbnails
- Understanding of design principles and visual storytelling
- Ability to work quickly and deliver high-quality designs (24-48 hour turnaround times)
-Bonus: Experience with A/B testing and optimizing for click-through rates is a plus
