Join our team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist! Lead the way in sourcing top talent, conducting impactful interviews, and driving recruitment success for e-commerce roles!

What You’ll Do:
• Hunt Top Talent. Actively seek out high-caliber candidates, including passive talent, through advanced sourcing strategies and poaching from top companies.
• Lead High-Impact Interviews. Conduct STAR-method interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit with precision.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of exceptional candidates to meet current and future hiring needs using advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Partner with hiring managers, providing expert guidance to influence hiring decisions that align with business goals.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
• At least 5 years of experience recruiting for US-based roles, including niche and C-level positions.
• Proven success in sourcing and engaging both active and passive candidates.
• A strong background in recruiting for e-commerce companies.
• Outstanding communication skills to engage with candidates and tea ---------- mbers effectively.
• A quick and smart thinker who can overcome challenges with creative solutions.

Nice-to-Haves:
Background in tracking key recruitment metrics and using data to continuously improve the hiring process.
Experience implementing strategies to ensure a diverse and inclusive hiring process.
