We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to develop and implement our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and growing our online community. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong understanding of social media platforms and a passion for creating meaningful connections with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Create and curate engaging and original content (text, images, videos) that aligns with our brand voice and objectives
Schedule and publish content using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner
Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Customer Service) to ensure brand consistency and support broader company initiatives
Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic
Report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences
Strong copywriting and content creation skills
Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Creative mindset with a passion for social media and digital marketing
Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
