Home-Based Java Developer (Cebu Applicants ONLY)

*Taking direction to build in Java, which will result in building and modifying web applications

*Working in Java Standard Edition to build websites and enhance website functionality (e.g., forms, timelines, charts)

*Building a good working knowledge of the company.

*Testing and documenting functionality using tools listed below (please refer to: skills required & skills desired)

*Driving own learning by taking on a variety of different requests; and exploring opportunities to add value to tasks.

*Updating job knowledge by researching new internet/intranet technologies and software products; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organisations.

*Other related duties may be assigned from time to time.


*Skills Required
Server-side Java (understanding required), Strong Java Standard Edition skills with 2+ years commercial experience
Client-side - HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and Javascript with JQuery
Working knowledge of Linux
Familiarity with online resources and the ability to search them to find coding solutions
