Customer Service & Order Entry via Netsuite

About us:
Riverlea Group Ltd is a NZ family owned and operated manufacturer and distributor of high-quality brands. Operating successfully since 1991, we proudly manufacture a range of reputable products at our custom-built site in Horotiu, Hamilton.

Our own brand of trusted Duratuf garden sheds alongside our industry leading cladding and flashings in our Armorsteel division, form the core of our business. They are supported by a range of lifestyle products and wheelbarrows.

The role:
* Must have proven Netsuite experience
* Communication, written and verbal must be
* Efficient and a can do attitude to get the job done
* Fast learner and can pick up product information quickly
* Order entry into Netsuite
* Take, follow through and record customer enquiries and queries effectively and professionally on any Customer Services
related situations, including product enquiries
* Take ownership of any customer complaints or issues and see through to resolution
* Part Time - approximately 20 hours

The successful candidate will need to have strong attention to detail, be enthusiastic and passionate about our products, fast learner and couple this with a desire to help customers with above and beyond service.
