We are seeking an experienced Probate and Expired Prospector to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in both probate and expired listing prospecting, with a strong understanding of the related processes. (Experience in probate and expired listings required.)
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our probate and expired listing services.
Identify and qualify leads through effective cold-calling techniques.
Maintain a high level of customer engagement and build strong relationships with potential clients.
Accurately track and report all calls and leads in our CRM.
Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly call and lead-generation goals.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in probate and expired listing prospecting.
Knowledge of the probate process in the United States.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and data tracking.
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
