Tiktok Shop Expert

We're expanding our e-commerce business into TikTok Shop and are seeking a talented VA to join
our team for 15-25 hours per week. This role focuses on building our influencer network for affiliate
marketing to promote and sell our products on TikTok Shop (UK).

Pay: $4-7/hour, depending on experience and skill level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Reach out to 100 influencers daily
• Secure 20-30 agreed collaborations (gifted) per day
• Maintain a high response rate and conversion ratio


Requirements:
• Extensive experience with TikTok platform and TikTok Shop (Particular UK Tiktok Shop, not
East Asia Tiktok Shop)
• Proven track record in influencer outreach and relationship management
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and e-commerce
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume outreach
• Proficiency in using WhatsApp, email, and social media messaging platforms
• Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently


Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily research to identify 100+ potential TikTok influencers aligned with our criteria
• Implement multi-channel outreach strategy using WhatsApp, email, and TikTok messaging
• Manage and nurture relationships with influencers
• Coordinate gifted product or paid collaborations and track performance • Assist in creating and
optimizing TikTok Shop listings • Monitor trends and competitor activities on TikTok
• Provide weekly reports on outreach metrics, collaboration agreements, and performance
• Opportunity for increased hours, raise, and bonuses based on performance
