Job Description Bookkeeper/Finance Assistant for German Market:


Responsibilities:
Processing payments, invoices, income, and receipts and entering data into accounting software Xero, Datev, and buchhaltungsbutler.
Support Finance Specialist with developing monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss, and balance sheets.
Management Reports.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and the ability to do Vlookup, sumifs, and count-if (this will be tested pre-interview).
Daily banking reconciliation.

Desirable Skills:
Google Data Studio.
Macro Programming.
German language.

Good organizational skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Detail-oriented.
Ability to work as a part of a team.
Part-Time Role. (UK hours)
Knowledge of German accounting structures (Bilanzbuchhaltung)
German Level A2
English Level A2
