Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Compensation: $6 per hour + Commission: $5 per booked appointment
Potential Full-Time Earnings: $2,000+ per month
Annual Bonus: Eligible for a year-end bonus after 12 months of service

About Us:
We are a network of sexual health and wellness centers across the U.S., offering specialized programs for both men and women, including testosterone therapy, erectile dysfunction treatment, weight loss programs, and hair loss solutions. We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative with strong English and a background in sales (preferred but not required).

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls, explain our services, and book appointments.
- Handle discussions on sensitive health topics with professionalism and empathy.
- Play a crucial role in supporting our healthcare operations, driving growth, and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Work Schedule:
- Flexible working hours.
- No cold calling required—your focus will be on explaining our services and booking patient appointments to incoming calls

Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfort with Sensitive Topics: Must be able to discuss and provide information on our programs with care and discretion.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
