About Us:

We are looking for a skilled Shopify Expert to help set up, manage, and optimize our online store. This role is crucial to our upcoming brand launch and will ensure that our e-commerce platform runs smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Setup and Customization:
- Set up the Shopify store from scratch, including selecting and customizing a theme that aligns with our brand identity.
- Implement advanced Shopify features such as custom apps, payment gateways, and third-party integrations.
- Ensure the store is fully responsive and optimized for both desktop and mobile users.

Product Management:
- Upload and manage product listings, including images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory.
- Implement effective SEO practices to enhance product visibility and search engine rankings.
- Set up product categories, collections, and tags to streamline the shopping experience.

Store Management and Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze store performance using Shopify analytics and other tools.
- Optimize site speed, user experience, and conversion rates through A/B testing and continuous improvement strategies.
- Manage Shopify apps and plugins, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning correctly.

Marketing and Sales Integration:
- Integrate the Shopify store with email marketing platforms, social media, and other digital marketing tools.
- Set up and manage discount codes, promotions, and special offers within Shopify.
- Assist in implementing a strategy for upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention.

Recharge Subscription Integration:
- Integrate and configure Recharge subscription services within the Shopify store.
- Set up subscription products, manage billing cycles, and ensure a seamless user experience for subscribers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to subscription management.

Customer Support and Order Fulfillment:
- Ensure seamless integration with fulfillment partners and oversee the order management process.
- Set up automated customer notifications for order confirmations, shipping updates, and returns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any customer issues related to the Shopify store.

Ongoing Support and Maintenance:
- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for the Shopify store.
- Stay updated with Shopify’s latest features, updates, and best practices to keep the store competitive.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align the store’s functionality with business goals.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Shopify Expert, with a portfolio showcasing successful Shopify stores.
- Strong understanding of Shopify’s ecosystem, including Liquid, Shopify’s template language.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages.
- Proficiency in using Shopify apps, plugins, and third-party integrations.
- Specific experience integrating and managing Recharge subscription services on Shopify is a plus
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with e-commerce analytics tools.
