Senior Video Editor VSL / Facebook Ads - High Growth Position

You're experienced with editing FaceBook ads that convert strangers into buyers. You know how to edit and use footage that doesn't just hold attention but also moves the viewer's emotion. You want to become one of the best in the world at editing direct response ads. You want to work in a team where you learn new things every day and you are rewarded for the results you bring.

YOUR JOB: You'll join the Advertising Team for our eCommerce Brand Portfolio doing +$1Million a month. With other top editors, you'll create the highest-converting video ads and sales videos for Facebook and YouTube. You'll bring our pro copywriters' scripts to life through your expertise.

We'll test your ads by spending hundreds of thousands. Your key metric is sales generated. You'll make new hooks, leads, and winning video variations daily. Your goal is stunning videos that attract a flood of customers.

PAY: You will get a fixed monthly wage of $2000, plus a $500 bonus for each video that profitably spends at least $ ---------- on FaceBook. You can create 1 to 2 winning videos per month to earn up to $3000. The first month is a trial; the fixed pay is $1500, and you can still earn bonuses.

SCHEDULE: full-time (8 hours a day, Monday-Friday) working in Dubai time zone (9 am-6 pm).

CAREER GROWTH: If you deserve it, you can become the Video Editing Manager, leading other editors.
