JOB OVERVIEW

About the role:
As an SEO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the agency's internal operations. You will streamline projects, manage follow-ups, create reports, and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Experience in marketing agencies and home services niche is preferred. Fluency in English is required.

What you'll be doing?

SEO Task Management
- Execute repetitive SEO tasks essential for enhancing online visibility and search engine ranking, reporting, and other related activities.

Detail-Oriented Execution
- Ensure all SEO tasks are completed with high attention to detail, adhering to best practices and specifications to maximize their effectiveness.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure deliverables are met according to client expectations.

Responsiveness and Communication
- Maintain excellent communication with tea ---------- mbers and supervisors, responding promptly to any queries or requests related to ongoing SEO tasks.

Commitment and Responsibility
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to the role and responsibilities, ensuring timely completion of all assigned tasks and proactive management of SEO activities.

Performance Monitoring
- Regularly monitor the effectiveness of SEO strategies implemented, making sure to inform the team if adjustments are necessary to improve outcomes.

Collaboration
- Work closely with the SEO team and other digital marketing members to align tasks with broader marketing goals and initiatives.

This role is designed to support the SEO operations of the organization efficiently, ensuring that all repetitive but crucial SEO tasks are executed effectively and contribute to the overall success of the digital marketing strategy.

Who are we looking for?

- Proficient in English with project management experience in a marketing agency.
- 3+ years of experience working in this field.
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
