About Us:

We are a dynamic and fast-growing fashion dropshipping and brands businesses, focused on expanding our social media presence and customer engagement on Facebook. We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant/Social Media Manager who is proficient in managing Facebook pages, moderating content, and responding to customer inquiries. If you're experienced in the dropshipping industry and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Moderation & Management:

Monitor and promptly respond to >Facebook comments and messages.
Hide and block negative comments/persons to maintain a positive brand image.
Reply as a page moderator to customer questions and comments, providing excellent customer service.
Set up and manage Facebook pages, ensuring they are well-structured and optimized for engagement.
Run engagement campaigns to enhance our reach and interaction with potential customers.
Engage with ad links using provided Facebook profiles.
Assist customers through Facebook in English and other languages using translation tools like DeepL and ChatGPT.

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media moderation and management, specifically for a dropshipping business.
Proficiency in creating and managing Facebook pages and using Facebook Business Manager.
Experience with running engagement campaigns and managing customer interactions on social media.
Ability to handle negative customer comments professionally and without hesitation.
Excellent written communication skills and the ability to respond in multiple languages using translation tools.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and maintain high levels of quality and dedication.
