We're looking for elite video editors to join our marketing agency, and will pay premium rates.

On top of that, you’ll also receive a $300 bonus for every video ad that spends $5000 at a $22 or better CPL.

Your goal: Turn our copywriter’s scripts into highly engaging videos that hits on an emotional level (examples: ---------- )

Your role:
- Monday: Start work on creative brief given by copywriter (includes AI voiceover script)
- Wednesday: Deliver the finished video for approval
- Friday: Receive next week’s creative brief

Established just 2 years ago, we’re a quickly growing marketing agency that exclusively works with LASIK eye centers (I’ll teach you all you need to know about LASIK later on).

Position overview: Every single video has the same end goal – booking a free LASIK consultation – regardless of the angle each specific video starts out with. This means you’ll quickly find patterns, styles, and repeatable strategies for how you like to create these videos, as opposed to if you were working with an agency who had clients in 100 different niches and advertised 100 different products.
