Website Maintenance Work

I am in need of a good website programmer to perform ongoing website maintenance for my websites. I will consider both full time and part time applicants (minimum of 20 hrs/week).

Required Skills:

Must speak fluent English
Must have good php skills
Must have experience with MVC frameworks like codeigniter
Must have good Mysql
Must have Javascript query experience
Must have virtual machine setup so work can be completed and tested first, before uploading to our server
Must have a Skype account with a headset (microphone)
Daily work schedule must include at least 2 hours of time on-line at the same time we are in the office. (8-12 pm phillipines time)
