Your Role
The Operations Administrator supports the smooth functioning of the company's operations by assisting with various tasks, including but not limited to updating files, managing databases, maintaining the company wiki, and facilitating communication across the organization.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in Google tools and database management software.
- Organizing, researching, and managing admin files and property documents.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with wiki platforms such as Notion and content management systems is a plus.
- Preference will be given to someone who has experience in real estate or similar fields.
Shift & Compensation
- Starting part-time with the potential to eventually move to full-time.
- Hourly salary pay
