Process/Quality Management Analyst

This is a small but growing business that needs to standardize, automate and (continuously) improve the whole range of its business processes. From marketing, to financial,to (software) production, to customer service, etc, etc. We are interested in doing these things to drive Business Excellence!

I am after someone with experience or great interest in:

- implementing or being involved in a quality management or related standard (ISO 9001, CMMI, ...)

- defining business processes

- working with others, since cooperation/collaboration is important

- auditing how work is currently done, and if following standards

- pursuing standards certifications
