Who we are…

We are a community of online entrepreneurs recruiting a TikTok Shop and Creator Community Rockstar to join us. We specialize in physical product brands currently operating 8 brands in the following markets: dietary supplements, tea, natural skincare, cosmetics, bulk health foods, spices, and sweeteners.

Our culture is our biggest strength and it's important that we recruit like-minded people. We value travel, social responsibility, personal development, team development, transparency, and FREEDOM! :)

We are extremely motivated and very team-oriented with a sort of teal business structure (google if needed). We’re adaptable and ever-evolving, and the only thing bigger than our hearts is our vision… we're building an online community and business empire that will empower us to change the world.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Expert in community management, content strategy, and TikTok account administration
Interested in strategies for managing both faceless and front-facing TikTok accounts
Understanding of using AI-generated content, and optimizing the use of TikTok's features
Knowledge about overcoming challenges with TikTok's international account management is also valuable

How you will create Value:
Manage and grow NOVAEO’s TikTok presence, focusing on attracting, managing, and incentivizing creators
Leverage TikTok Shop to drive traffic to Amazon
Build a creator community to enhance marketing efforts and drive sales
Create a large network of creators who will produce content for NOVAEO’s brands
Provide advice on the best approach for integrating both male and female audiences
