This role is crucial in bringing our vision to life by developing detailed concept subdivision plans and build plans that can be used for virtual walkthroughs and client presentations.

Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Draftsperson with experience in AutoCAD and other design tools to create detailed subdivision plans and building designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural drafting and a passion for translating ideas into precise, visually compelling plans that can be used for virtual presentations and walkthroughs.

Key Responsibilities:

Concept Subdivision Plans: Develop detailed and accurate subdivision plans based on project requirements, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
Building Design: Create comprehensive build plans, including floor plans, elevations, and sections, that accurately reflect the project vision.
Virtual Walkthroughs: Utilize design software to create 3D models and virtual walkthroughs, providing clients with a realistic preview of the completed project.
Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure that all designs meet project specifications and are delivered on time.
Revisions and Updates: Make necessary revisions to plans based on feedback from the project team, clients, and regulatory authorities.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for all design work, ensuring that all plans are up-to-date and accessible to the project team.
Quality Control: Ensure that all drafting work meets Dominion’s high standards for accuracy, quality, and detail.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Draftsperson, preferably in the property development or architectural sector.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural drafting software.
Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards.
Ability to create detailed, accurate, and visually appealing plans and models.
Experience with 3D modeling and virtual walkthroughs is highly desirable.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
A degree or certification in architectural drafting or a related field is preferred.
