I'm looking for a intelligent and hard working VA from a longer term prospective, for my digital marketing agency. Here are some of the mandatory skills needed:

1. Quite strong Wordpress skills (Building websites in wordpress and maintaining them on regular basis)

2. Strong web/graphic design skills

3. Strong CSS, HTML & Photoshop skills

4. Strong email writing skills for SEO outreach purpose

5. Logo Design

Here are some of the "nice to have" skills, although training is given, in case the candidate doesn't have previous experience.

1. SEO Link Prospecting

2. Audio/Video Editing

3. Content Writing or Content Curation

4. Infographic Design Skills

5. Email marketing skills

6. Moderate or working knowledge of php and javascript
