IMMEDIATE HIRE: Experienced Video Editor / Graphic Designer for Full-Time, Salaried Position

Role Overview:
You will be working closely with the CEO as the main VA. Your main task will be editing long-form video podcast episodes in addition to the short-form Reels/Shorts/TikToks based on that content. You will also be creating the associated graphics and social media posts for this content, such as thumbnails and quote graphics. I am also looking for someone who either has experience doing lead generation or is willing to learn. I will be teaching you what to do, so don't feel stressed if you don't have experience. Your design/editing skills are the main thing I'm looking for.

Desired Applicant Experience/Qualities:
-Experience editing long and short form video
-Excellent at Premiere Pro
-Excellent at Canva
-Experience creating graphics of all kinds
-Experience post scheduling
-Ability and willingness to use time tracking software with screenshots turned on
-Availability for weekly meetings to review your progress
-Ability to communicate well
-Can speak English fluently
-Can follow instructions VERY WELL
-Honest AND Reliable
-*BONUS: Experience with Lead Generation, especially using any of the lead gen tools listed below.
