Responsibilities:

Lead Management:
Identify and qualify potential leads.
Update and maintain lead database.

Appointment Setting:
Schedule appointments via phone, email, and social media.
Manage the sales team’s calendar.

Communication:
Engage with leads to understand their needs.
Provide information on our services/products.
Reporting:
Track lead generation and appointment metrics.
Offer insights for process improvement.
Qualifications:

Experience in lead generation, sales, or customer service.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient with CRM software.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Attention to detail.
