Role Overview:
As an Account Executive at our company, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy and contributing directly to our revenue growth. Your main responsibilities will include identifying and developing new business opportunities, closing deals, and nurturing existing client relationships. You'll collaborate with our Sales and Marketing teams to expand our customer base and ensure high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through networking, inbound inquiries, cold calling, and social media.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Tailor and deliver presentations and demonstrations to address the specific needs of each prospective client.
Pipeline Management: Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities, tracking all sales activities and client interactions using CRM.
Negotiation and Closing: Develop and execute effective negotiation strategies to close new business opportunities and meet or exceed sales targets.
Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, provide exceptional service, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine messaging, gather market insights, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Reporting: Regularly update management on sales progress, pipeline status, and market trends.
Requirements:
Proven success in B2B sales, preferably within the fashion, beauty, or e-commerce sectors.
2-4 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong business acumen with a consultative sales approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Analytical and technical skills are a plus.
Strong work ethic and dedication are essential.
Additional Information:
